Located in the lovely hillslope of the Old Downtown San Buenaventura (Ventura), California, just above the Old Mission San Buenaventura, this property was originally part of the Mission Ranch and the Old Gardens have many traces of yesteryears. The views are breathtaking and the premises offer privacy and convenience.
