It has been like that since it was originally built in 1922 in what, even then, was one of the most desirable locations overlooking the town and Pacific Ocean. This area was once part of the Mission San Buenaventura Ranch in 1782 and the property is enchanted with old gardens and paths which flow around and up the hill. The Private Parking Area which is located at the top of the property owns one of the most spectacular views in all Ventura. Ideally, some say, that is where the houses should be, however, the owners of this property appreciate the historic value of these simple cottage houses located at a simply unique place. The entire property has been appointed to accommodate extended stay guests. The Bigger Pink and Green Guest House combines yesterday's style with today's technology to become a truly delightful experience. This extended stay guest house hosts to the distinguished needs of temporary conditional housing in a practical, comfortable and friendly way.

Simplicity is Often Elegant Enough..... This uncluttered Room has a large Wardrobe and drawers and is perfect for a thoughtful relaxing get-away spot. It adjoins to the Oversized Bathroom and has a French Doorway into the Living Area. It is amazing how quiet and secure you will feel in this bedroom. It has a triple pane set of huge windows that keep it very quiet and tempered yet enables you to view the town and ocean.
